Yupo • White
Yupo is a totally smooth, white, 100% waterproof synthetic paper with a silky sheen, that is strong and durable. The ultra strong, non-absorbent surface allows watercolours, markers and acrylics to sit right on top of the paper, providing beautiful marble and watery effects that can't be achieved with any other paper. It also holds pen and ink lines with razor sharp precision. Alcohol markers and alcohol blending solutions work beautifully on the unique surface as well.
Yupo resists tearing and buckling and remains perfectly flat when used with wet media and can withstand multiple erasures and can be run under a tap to erase watercolours or wiped clean with alcohol. Pigments applied to the sheet retain their true clarity and brilliance making them more vibrant than standard papers. Due to the unique qualities of this paper, dirt and oils can intefere with its performance, so it's recommended that any spots and/or fingerprints be removed with soap and water before use. The perfect medium for art projects, cardmakers, cards, cookbooks, menus, signage, tags etc.
