Imported from Japan, this specialty paper is not a vellum paper as we know it, but a soft tissue-like translucent paper where the c-thru nature of the paper allows you to see a gentle, filtered image of what is beneath. These patterned papers are ideal for overlays on cards, for sentiment messages, invitations, placecards, belly bands that wrap around the card, bomboniere wraps and scrapbook pages where a layer over a non printable surface might be needed. Layered tearing, shape or edge detail can offer an extra level of elegance to your design. This versatile paper, is the perfect complement to your project and is a limited stock item.

‡ Due to the softness of this tissue-like paper, it is not compatible with Laser or Inkjet printing but may be suitable for rubber stamping with specialty inks. It may work well with alcohol and other inks, dyes and watercolours as these would absorb well into the delicate, soft fibres.
